Truck Goes Up In Flames On Busy Main Road In Westchester: Video

Firefighters have released details about a truck fire that filled a busy main route in Westchester with smoke.

The fire happened on Boston Post Road (Route 1) in Mamaroneck.

The incident happened on Wednesday, Jan. 24, when a truck caught on fire on Boston Post Road (Route 1) at Hommocks Road in Mamaroneck, according to the town's fire department.

Luckily, the blaze was quickly put out thanks to the help of a mutual aid engine from the Village of Mamaroneck Fire Department.

Firefighters later released a video of the fire on social media.

The cause of the fire was not released.
